Public-Shaming Time: PR E-Mail Edition
I get a lot of stupid PR e-mails (especially stupid since my byline seldom appears), but this one really grabbed me with its combination of unadulterated lack of truth, marketing ineptitude and nonexistant punctuation. Incredibly, some media outlets fell for it. (Fun fact: Caribaya Rum has no Web site and the phone number given is same one used by the Staten Island Good Neighborhood Association....
